Having had the privilege of guiding for some of the top outfits in the Canadian north over the past 15 plus years, I can honestly say I wouldn't have traded it for anything. If you are looking for honest Outfitters who consistently produce quality hunts for moose, caribou, sheep and grizzly, give me a shout and I will gladly get you pointed in the right direction.
I have guided for both the Alaska/Yukon and Canadian sub-species of moose over the years and there are many types of hunts available ranging from helicopter drop hunts to lake hunts, as well as the classic horseback trips. Prime season dates run from middle of September well into October with prices anywhere from $9,000 U.S. up to $15,000 U.S.

These caribou are mainly hunted by horseback, but some lake hunt and backpack opportunities do exist. Season dates run anywhere from the middle of August until October 1st with prices in the $4,000 to $7,000 U.S. range.
